    This has been the worst septic installation experience imaginable. I have had over a dozen done before by other companies but this has been a royal pain. To start with, when they came to do the install, instead of bringing in fill dirt that was needed to do the job, they decided to dig a giant hole on the back of my property to steal dirt leaving me with a spot that they made almost no attempt to cover back over until I raised hell and they finally came back out, never brought dirt and argued about doing so, I finally allowed them to scrape dirt from around my property to somewhat fill the hole. The tank was left partially uncovered and the sides of the drain field mound where initially left so jagged that it would have been impossible to mow or maintain. The company representative Heath will not return your calls when he says he will. They charged me full price and never brought in the dirt. Avoid this company at all cost. ...................................... Absolutely dishonest response from the company. After I posted my initial review, there response claiming that I approved the dirt to be dug from my yard is an absolute lie. Also the claim that they did a gravity system to save me money was untrue. They came in at there originally quoted price upon which there was no dosing pump in the quote. Absolutely dishonest. Avoid at all cost. Edit #2 Weeks after the job was finished to the level they completed, the home was ready to go, the inspections where all finished except, I was still waiting for a final on the Septic system. They choose to use a private inspector so they can avoid the county actually making sure it is completed properly. The system is supposed to be inspected before its covered over and seeing as I saw it installed and covered, this did not happen. They are shady and crooked. Months later they couldn't provide me with a final inspection and now, I have the county on my ass because the system was not installed according to the site plan. I will update when I find out what kind of crap I may have to deal with next... Avoid.... avoid..... avoid.... run. You've been warned.

    We’re sorry to hear that Brian was unhappy with the experience, but we do feel there is important context missing from this review. Before the work was completed, our installer asked about using sand in the back field, and Brian approved it. Brian also wanted a gravity system in order to save money, rather than proceeding with the dosing tank that was originally quoted. To make the gravity system work, we had to raise the tank, which required additional sand, extra time, and a second trip. We did not charge extra for that additional time. On the second day of the job, our lead installer was out sick, so we did send a less experienced employee to the site. When Brian contacted us and said the back field was not smoothed out, water was puddling, and the tank did not have enough cover, he sent pictures. We immediately agreed that it needed to be corrected and told him we would send someone else out to make it right. We have the text messages showing that conversation. We followed through, sent another employee out, and also provided the call and pictures Brian requested before our guy left the property. A typical gravity system usually takes one day, but because we worked to accommodate Brian’s request and make the gravity system possible, this job required extra work and an additional trip at no added charge. In the future, we will likely stick with the originally quoted system design rather than making changes to save money, as those changes can create additional complications. We always try to do right by our customers, and in this case, we responded quickly, corrected the concerns, and absorbed the extra time and labor.

    I’m very happy with the service I received. From the first call to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The customer service was outstanding, they were easy to communicate with, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way. The installation team did an excellent job. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and completed everything faster than I expected without cutting corners. The finished work looks clean and well done, and they made sure the area was neat before leaving.

    Septic specialists LLC took my call in a professional manner. An appointment was immediately scheduled and the technician either the septic pump truck made it in half an hour early. A young technician came in and help me open the tank cement door. It was done shut closed. So we had to pull the concrete off to get it opened. It was pumped out completely. My thanks to this company staff for all their support. Before, during and after the job was completed. Thank you. I strongly recommend this company. And their price was the lowest I found.

    This was the best septic installation experience I’ve ever had. Many of my friends have told me the horror stories of how companies come out and literally just sling pipes around and pvc glue is mixed with dirt and backed up systems a few months later. This company was extremely professional and the receptionist was very pleasant and made sure I was comfortable with all the details. I mean , it’s rare to find people who actually take pride in their work and also have the courtesy to follow up with the client at every step. I’m never using any other company for all my septic installation
