Ken provided amazing service today. He even showed me a trick to how to tell which way is hot or cold water flow. He was very cordial and knowledgeable. Thank you again for assisting me and my hot water issue. This was a warranty repair for a new construction home so there wasn’t a price.

Response from the owner

Our pep tank had a high level alarm. Jason came with pump truck cleaned and inspected tank and pump. He found the problem was broken output pipe. He repaired and made sure everything was working as it should. Jason is a great tech, he went above and beyond to make sure all was good. Les
