Duck Duck is a great company, Baxter did a fantastic job installing our new water heater. He was great about communicating throughout the whole process, kept us in the loop at every step and even sent pictures once everything was finished so we could see the work for ourselves. Very professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend Baxter if you want someone who actually cares about doing the job right and keeping you informed along the way!

Mya, it was nice meeting in person today. Troy filled me in on the issue with your septic tank and let me know your dosing tank did not need to be pumped out. Happy we could save you money! Thank you again for the kind review. It really means a lot to us. Talk to you soon regarding your city sewer project.

Excellent service! Paul and AJ are amazing. They teamed up together and got my septic pumped out in a flash. Explained everything along the way and left me with a goody bag. Love the plunger pen!
