If a page about your business is wrong, we want to know. Corrections are free, claiming is free, and neither changes your score.
Correcting a listing
Tell us the page and what is wrong. The useful things to include are the licensed name exactly as it appears on your state licence, your licence number, and your current phone and address. The licensed name is the single most common reason a real licence reads as unverified here: we match on name and number, and a trading name that differs from the licensed one will not match.
Claiming your listing
Claiming is free. There is no sales call and no upgrade attached to it. It does not raise your verification score, because information you give us about yourself is not independently verified by definition. What it does is let you keep the page accurate.
Removal
If you want your business removed rather than corrected, say so and we will remove it. We will not argue with you about it.
How a page was built
Every fact carries its source and the date it was read. If something still looks wrong or unexplained, ask and we will tell you exactly which record it came from.
