Stay away.... These guys are rip offs. Very poor service and incompetent..... I called them out to get my septic system pumped out, I'm new in the septic system world. I did majority of the work digging what I thought was the septic tank but when they came out they said it was not. I had to replace the sump pump and needed that pumped out as well. So they pumped it out took them like 5mins. They started packing up and fast talking me about what they think the problem was as too why my house was backing up. They told me to locate the clean out pipe and find the septic. I was beside myself.

    Response from the owner

Our Company first arrived at this property on the morning of January 2, 2026. Our workers realized immediately that there was an access to a portion of the septic system, completely uncovered, while it may be reasonable to assume that the homeowner would prefer the tank that is uncovered to be pumped out, the owner was asked which tank he wanted pumped out. There was clearly a sense of unfamiliarity, but he told the workers that he dug it up to be pumped out. Upon further investigation our Workers realized that this was a pump tank, however; they believed they were doing as they were instructed and pumped out said tank. Homeowner paid our company for pumping the tank that was believed to be agreed upon. On The morning of January 7 are our company returned to pump out the primary septic tank for an additional charge once the homeowner realized there would be an additional charge, He refused to pay so our company covered up the partially uncovered septic tank and left the property .

Owner has a very bad attitude, they don’t wait more than 5 mins after missing a call, and cancel the job.

    Response from the owner

The job wasn’t canceled. The owner was given an option to reschedule after he missed the appointment by 15 min.
