Suzy Q's Septic Services in AL

AVOID THEM: Definitely would not recommend. They kept stringing us along on when they would show up until they canceled and said they would come the next following day. They still showed up 2 hours late. I get home and the holes they dug were not filled up. I had to get out there and finish filling them in. They also broke my water hose nozzle. They said that it froze over and it broke but I watched the guy slamming it around on my blink Camera. They did not once offer to replace the nozzle.

They arrived when they said they would, identified the septic tank’s exact location, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after they left. I’d use them again and recommend them without reservation.
