Had a water leak. The service technician called prior to arrival. He was very professional and explained what steps he would take to find the leak. Since we had no water running he first checked the meter and verified a leak. He showed me how he determined that. Then we went to one of two bathrooms and the leak was discovered. Again he showed and explained to me how that little leak could cause my excessive water bill. He turned off the water feed to the toilet and checked the meter no spinning of the dial. Repaired it and the leak was resolved.

    Response from the owner

Dale, thank you for writing this out in such detail, a small silent leak can run up a water bill, and sometimes do real damage, long before anyone notices it. Water leak detection in Daphne is a patient job: verify at the meter, narrow it down room by room, then repair it. That same approach is what Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Cleanup brings to water damage restoration, drain cleaning, clogged sewer lines, water heater replacement, and emergency plumbing throughout Baldwin County, Mobile County, and Washington County. Glad to have you with us.

We bought a water heater they don't normally install. They guided us through how to get the parts needed to complete the install.

    Response from the owner

You're right that a customer-supplied water heater isn't the everyday job for us, so we'd rather walk you through exactly which parts the install needs than guess and come up short. We're excited to get the installation done for you guys. Water heater installation and replacement is core work for Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Cleanup, right alongside drain cleaning, clogged sewer lines, leak detection, emergency plumbing, and water damage restoration across Mobile County and Baldwin County.

Before You Call

A homeowner weighing hydro-jetting can ask whether heavy debris or sediment is causing the current blockage. That answer can help distinguish jetting from routine storm drain cleaning.
