Caleb at Quality Septic LLC did an amazing job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, so kind and respectful to my mom throughout the whole process. It’s such a relief to find someone who not only does excellent work, but also treats customers with genuine patience and care. We truly appreciate his help and would absolutely recommend Caleb and Quality Septic LLC to anyone needing septic service.

    Response from the owner

Thank you! I’ll let Caleb know what you said

Concrete lids on septic tank are not sealed to keep water out. I called and was told I'd receive a call back. Never did called again and was told they didn't "seal" those because you need access. I understand this. I know however rain water shouldn't be pouring into my septic tank. I was told put trash bags or plastic over it. Then I was told I'd receive a quote for a riser with lid. Guess who never responded these guys! I suppose if I was just getting a quick pump out they would've gladly takeny money.

    Response from the owner

Mr Hernandez, I’m sorry your expectations were not met. However I think it’s important to mention that we did not install the tank or cause it to leak. Your review infers that we did something wrong and did not address it. That is not accurate. Also, you called our office on 6/22 and left this review on 6/23. Sometimes we are not able to return non-emergency calls within 24 hours.
