Smith Septic Service LLC in AZ

Five stars all day for Smith Septic. Some things you just have to pay the professionals for, and Zach and his team are absolute pros when it comes to installing a septic system. While onsite, they also handled the land clearing using heavy-duty, big boy equipment that you simply cannot rent anywhere in town for a fee. Zach's management style genuinely prioritizes the customer, making sure everything is smoothed over and done right. It is a top-tier operation that keeps everything straight up.

I had met with the owner at the site and set up that the septic would be dug up and fixed on the 29th. The house was to be sold on the 4th. I texted several times and asked for something in writing and to confirm the date (5 texts went un answered) on the 28th I texted and called to confirm and got a text back that said, sorry I won't be able to do the job! WHAT?? After calling again and leaving a message and more text he said he could do it on the 18th of the following month! Wait the house closes on the 4th!

Zach is amazing. I am a realtor and I had an issue come up that I had no idea how to resolve. Not only did he help me talk through what is needed, but he also helped me find County records to help resolve And satisfy everything I needed within hours. Thank you so much!

Zach is a real pleasure to deal with. He got my site and evaluation testing done within a week with a prompt and efficient infiltrator design for a very reasonable price. My septic permit was issued within hours of submitting Zach's design, so I am quite happy with the output of his work. He worked independently without needing me to be out at the location but was friendly and available. I would highly recommend zach for your soil and site survey and septic design and I will definitely count myself lucky if I can work it in the budget to have him do the installation as well.
