  1. Kevin

    April 2026

JD was professional and prompt with all aspects of this job from quotation to billing. He pivoted seamlessly whenever there was a need to change mid job because of any snafu’s. I would definitely use JD Cherry and their company again if need arose.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the kind words Kevin! As I find myself saying all too often, I wish we had met under better circumstances, but I am glad we were able to help you with your septic problem. Good luck with Alaska.

  2. Carol F.

Selling a house is stressful. Just when I thought we were finally going to make it, the septic inspection failed barely a week prior to the closing. JD went above and beyond to get the new septic tank installed. 5 stars are not enough for his competence, professionalism, hard work, fantastic employees, and genuine kindness in getting this completed in time for the closing. It was no small feat! JD kept me, the buyers, and both agents informed about the process. And incidentally, JD is quite a good writer. He is certainly a consummate engineer. Sure, it was expensive, but the price was fair.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the kind words Carol. I wish we had met on better circumstances but I am glad we were able to help get to your daughter as planned. I wish you and your daughter the best!

JD Cherry and team are AMAZING!!!! 5-STARS, and if I could leave 6-stars, I would. From first day on job site to completion, including tank, leach field, excavation, 3 inspections and finish.... was only 8 total calendar days!!!! Great team, super-focused, super-friendly, expert work, extremely responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I could not have asked for anything more, complete satisfaction. And to be able to support a veteran-owned company is a bonus! Thank you JD and team!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the kind words! We appreciate the opportunity to work with you on this project and look forward to another opportunity in the future.

Customers describe septic work finished under real time pressure. Carol's septic inspection failed a week before her house closing, and she credits JD with getting the new tank installed while keeping her, the buyers and both agents informed. Vyper6 reports a full job, tank to leach field to three inspections, done in "8 total calendar days." Other reviews describe the crew at work. Mike was guided through perc test, design, permit and inspection for a new septic serving a guest house build, and Chris saw a small system through tough terrain on his own guest house. Papillon tells how Jonathan Cherry dug the trenches for her leaching field in ground full of boulders, then arranged the rocks she wanted to keep.
