    Very good communication from initial call till the end. Justin gave the estimate and Fabian did the fix. From start to finish, they were very professional, courteous, explained the process at every step from diagnosis to fixing a split in the main waterline. Fabian replaced all the landscaping/ rip rap as it was before. Very prompt, thorough and clean work. He was Very patient is answering all my questions. I would highly recommend them. Comparable pricing with other estimates but with better warranty coverage for their work.

    Justin (Eeyore) was professional from start to finish. On the first visit, he gave us an estimate and told us what to expect. On the day of installation, he showed up when promised. He replaced a leaky faucet outside with quality materials. He also replaced the pipes under two bathroom sinks, again with high-quality materials. He installed new faucets. He was very professional and respectful of our home including wearing shoe protectors. He cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend him. It's rare to find anyone with 5-star quality but Justin (Eeyore) deserves it!

    Shout out to Austin and Sean at Imperial Plumbing. I had a mystery issue with a bad odor coming into my house. Austin ran a few tests and was able to diagnose the problem. They explained the problem, solution and cost, so that I could understand. Problem solved! Austin and Sean were both very friendly and professional. My dog really liked them, too!

    Eeyore (aka Justin) came out to our house on Friday for a kitchen sink leak. He was on time and professional, he explained everything he was doing and why, and answered all of my questions in a way I could make sense of it, he was very clean and did not leave a trace of any brick or grime anywhere, overall he made a bad situation less stressful and more manageable. The leak was much worse than I thought and he pointed me in the right direction to getting the water damage cleaned up.

    Justin Wise, from Imperial Plumbing came to give an estimate on some major plumbing decisions our family needs to make. He provided us with clear explanations of what was happening and the direction and services that would help us the most. His professionalism was stellar! His customer service standards are well above the norm. September 3,2026 Just had to leave another review! A return visit from Eeyore today, resulting in a thorough check of a toilet we thought might be leaking. It was not. Now my 80+ parents can rest in the confidence, it’s okay.
