I recently utilized Jernan for a new installation, as they were the chosen contractor by our builder. The system, which is less than a year old, unfortunately experienced a failure with the air compressor in the middle of the night. When I contacted Jernan, I was pleased to find that they were able to send a technician out the same day, which I appreciated. After the initial assessment, I learned that the pump was still under warranty. Consequently, the technician had to take it back to the office for warranty repairs on August 28th.

Luke did an awesome job. He helped one of our elderly clients get her septic done. It was so bad and leeching into the yard. He cleaned it out and did the toilet as well. He blessed her with no charge and she is so grateful. He is a blessing and I would recommend him to anyone needing work done.

    Response from the owner

We thank you for the opportunity to bless your client as well as Friends for Life. What you all do for our community far overshadows anything we could do. 1 Peter 4:10 says, “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms.” I pray we never forget that, and that we would seek opportunities daily to be reminded. Thank you again!

"Hi my name is Matt Dawes, I live in Waco Texas, we have an anaerobic septic system on our property, with which we have had previously experienced issues with recycled water popping up in various locations in our back yard. We had a few companies give us their best guess on how to fix the problem, but after much money being spent nothing, they advised seem to work, I was giving Jernan Septic and Rainwater Solutions name as someone who not only is very knowledgeable about this type of septic system they also install the system.

    Response from the owner

Matt, thank you for your business and thank you for your review. It’s always a pleasure to remediate one and repair what others said couldn’t be.
