I called this company to get service on my septic system and spoke directly with the owner, Aaron. I explained the issue and he immediately quoted me $267.50 for a service call and repair, even though he had not yet confirmed the problem. When I offered to meet his technician at my house and pay after the issue was diagnosed, he insisted that I text him my personal information, including my credit card number, before anyone would come out.

These guys are FANTASTIC! They respond very quickly, are very professional and know their stuff! We thought we had a major problem with our septic system, but these guys came out and identified the problem for us very quickly- just a broken PVC pipe that was simple to fix! I've since had them out again because the septic control box alarm was going off- I reached out on a Sunday and they got back to me within a few minutes. Fortunately, it was determined that the problem wasn't an emergency and could wait until Monday- they came out on Monday (squeezed me in) and fixed everything up great!
