    They don't know anything about Areobic septic systems, didn't clean under the middle tank plastic divider . There is a foot and a half sludge covering the air pipes that's blowing my diaphragms in the pump . Plus it still smells from the center holding tank! If you were ever going to make it right you should have stopped when you turned around in my neighbors driveway in that dogde truck . And your explanation of baffle is absurd no excuses the sides were not dug up to get near cleaning the center tank was told that's how it goes just empty from the center divider with the sludge .

    Please contact myself or my husband. Neither one of us recall this customer name. It does not make much since to us without a address to help locate the job. Can you please send a address as soon as possible so I can begin to research the location. We have no record of a customer of ML Adamson that we have cleaned in our receipts. This does not sound like work that my husband or myself would do. We actually take a lot of pride in our work. Our company pumps and washes down all chambers of the aerobic system or conventional system. This includes the trash tank, aeriation/clarification chamber (which is one chamber just separated by a baffle), and the pump tank on a Aerobic system. Our company also takes the time to dig any lids that are not exposed. When we expose all chambers that allows us to see inside and wash down all sludge off of air pipes, walls, and the bottom of the septic tank. So, to say we don't know anything about a Aerobic system is a false statement. We look forward to speaking with you and resolving the problem of the job you said was not done correctly.     Called on a Sunday spoke with Mr. Churchill requesting septic plumbing , very friendly and responsive. Mrs, Churchill and her assistant came out today as expected and were extremely polite. Quick and accurate on performing and completing the work. Never tried to sell anything extra. Discussed the process involved with myself and sister for my sister’s home. We have used them for our home and my Mom/Sister’s home many years and will continue for many to come. Thank you Churchill family!
