OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I called Dusty (Tim Sr) at 3 minutes to 8pm on Monday night. He's was a wealth of information regarding our backed up septic. They came out the next day. This company knows what they are doing. I was charged a very fair rate, explained what they did, showed me photos of what the issues are and potential problems I might encounter later. They did not try to upsell me on a new system, but told me the CURRENT condition of ours, which I knew was poor. I might in a few months bite the bullet and do a new aerobic system.

We worked with this company two weeks ago. They were knowledgeable, expeditious, professional, and kind. There are few companies like this one, in my experience. It's a family owned and operated business. Beautifully surprising was that when I left their presence, I felt I had received something special by being in their presence. You will feel better off for having known them and good about supporting the owners of this company.

    Just not happy with them.

    Response from the owner

I haven't ever heard of Ted Lewis .I haven't talked, or worked for him. I don't have a clue who he is or why he would post this.
