These guys are awesome. I called and they were on it the next day. We had a water line installed from home down to dock, had a sewer leak, a toilet running, a hot water heater installed and low water pressure. They repaired everything. All the employees were so kind and done more that what they were supposed to do. I highly recommend this company to do a great job.

They were quick to respond. They said it would $950 for a new pressure switch that fell in. I came home and they were gone and the problem was not fixed. they came out the next morning and said the motor was bad and would be $12,500 to fix. I said since it was a misdiagnosis/same issue still exists if my money would be returned. they declined. Got a second opinion they expressed that there is nothing wrong with the motor and I was lied to.

    Response from the owner

    1. You did have a pressure switch that was out and needed to be replaced. We could not assess it beyond that , until the switch was replaced. 2. We replaced the switch and your system worked. Water service was restored. 3. The next day you reported that water service was down again. We returned and was able to determine that the problem that caused your switch to go down made your pump go down as well. We proposed a new pump . Your well is 500 feet deep . You will not answer our calls at this point, so we can't collect more information. We completed the work you authorized , for the price you authorized, and this initially restored your water service. Your well is 500 feet deep. Your inability to answer our calls and communicate effectively has impaired our ability to assist.
