I had an excellent experience with Dipple Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical in Greenville, SC. The staff was friendly and professional over the phone, and scheduling was quick and convenient. Jake, the plumber technician, was exceptional, knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. He answered all of my questions and took the time to educate me on common plumbing concerns in my type of home, routine inspections, and the different warning signs to watch for as my system ages. He also clearly explained the membership options, including the available perks and discounts.

Couldn’t be happier with Dipple, and just want to acknowledge my specialist Alex Jackson. Great communication, education and explanation, and amazing service. I had the plumbing replaced for the whole house, with some additional work, and Alex by far exceeded any expectations I had. A wonderful man as well and a real pleasure getting to know him during the process.

This is my first time using Dipple and I would highly recommend them. The technician Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to make the best decision for my home.
