  1. AB

    September 2026

i give 3 stars because the girl i spoke to was very unfriendly , aside from her phone or microphone was breaking up because it was too close to her mouth and i had to keep telling her i cant understand you because your phone is breaking up she got sort of angry . she wasn't very informative about the procedure as i told her it was my first time as a homeowner having my septic tank pumped .

    Response from the owner

Thanks for the feedback, AB. I’m sorry the call quality and the tone you experienced made it hard to get clear answers, especially as a first-time homeowner needing the process explained. We appreciate you mentioning the earlier helpful call too, and we’ll be addressing both our phone setup and customer service so this doesn’t happen again.
