    I posted a review last month on a pipe break in our kitchen Island and as a result, my wife and I are "Glamping" as she calls it. Camping glamorously! Our kitchen, eating area and laundry room/pantry are all torn up and everything is in the family room and garage ( cabinets, island Top, appliances, etc. TAZ Plumbing recommended Edge, Mark is great to work with, as is Kam who first came out and office manager Amy. They built my wife and I a temporary sink which, if you're ever without one, is incredibly difficult and we appreciated that. They of course fixed the pipe that had burst.

    I used TAZ Plumbing through American Home Shield. They were great. They were prompt and did a great job. The technician was super nice and polite. My dog approved. :)

    TAZ Plumbing was assigned through my home warranty company to address an issue involving my kitchen faucet. The company made three separate visits, but the issue was not successfully resolved. Following the third visit and installation attempt, the faucet became loose again approximately three days later and was not functioning properly. I contacted the owner, who initially stated that someone would return to address the issue under the company’s 30-day installation warranty. The following day, I was informed that the company would not be returning to make the repair.

    Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely regret that you were disappointed with the outcome of your service. Our goal on every service call is to resolve the issue correctly while following the guidelines established by the home warranty company that assigned the claim. In your case, our technician initially replaced the faulty faucet cartridge and confirmed the leak had been resolved. When the issue returned, we responded promptly, re-evaluated the faucet, and ultimately recommended replacement after determining the original faucet continued to experience problems. Once you purchased the replacement faucet of your choice, our technician installed it, tested it thoroughly, and confirmed it was operating properly before completing the visit. Weeks later, we were contacted regarding the faucet being loose. Because the claim had been converted to a cash-out by the home warranty company, their policy no longer allowed warranty coverage on the installation or supplied parts. While we were unable to provide a no-charge warranty visit under those guidelines, we did offer to send a technician back to inspect and correct the issue for our standard service trip fee. We understand this was frustrating, particularly after multiple visits, and we appreciate your feedback. We strive to provide professional service on every call, and we're sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. We wish you the very best and appreciate the opportunity we had to serve you.

    Had a water heater replacement through a home warranty company. They did not put a water pan underneath the heater even though it’s required by code. Couldn’t talk to my plumber because he only spoke Spanish. Would not recommend TAZ.

    I had a great experience with Taz Plumbing! They were quick to work with my insurance company and get everything approved, which made the process so much easier. Both the inspector and the installer arrived right on time and were very professional. They did great, clean work, and we really appreciated their attention to detail.
