    We had clogged drain pipes filled with roots that couldn’t possibly function until Jeremy arrived. He’s the hero at Zoom that conquered our problem and removed the roots by hand in some areas. He’s pictured with just one batch of many. He did a fantastic calm job without frustration though he could not have anticipated how difficult it would be. I would absolutely call them again. Thank you Jeremy! And Zoom!

    Jeremy came out and did a sewer inspection via camera. He was very informative and explained everything he did and saw. Very professional, ahead of schedule, great communication, and will definitely use again if needed.

    Jeremy was absolutely amazing helping descale the cast iron pipe that was my main sewer line. He went above and beyond trying to fish out a very tricky piece of lead that was stuck inside and creating a blockage. Highly recommend zoom drain and especially Jeremy, great guy who goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

    Thorough, clean and professional! Kitchen sink was plugged completely more than 50’ down the line. Technician was able to get it taken care of with ease.
