This was an unpleasant experience, and I would definitely avoid working with this company. Since speaking with them I have dug into reviews across Google, Yelp, BBB, etc. which shows folks with a similar negative experience. I will give it that their crew might be a whole other experience from the owner. I will also call out an oddity that this company has been in business for 3 years with thousands and thousands of opportunities in that amount of time yet only 57 Google reviews.

Matthew Searles and company are to say the least.... despicable. I hired.this company for septic inspection and report for a sale.in King county. They first gave me a quote by phone of around 1k. When they came out that jumped to 8k. After discussion it was reduced to 4k and then his employee backed into my driveway and damaged my truck. Didnt even come tell me just worked and left. I noticed the damage the next morning when i left and called Matt. At first he was apologetic and said in good faith as a good businessman he would work to resolve.

We had a phenomenal experience dealing with a clogged RV black tank, they were even able to email us back *over the weekend* and scheduled us Monday morning. After 15 calls to everyone around, emailing was heavenly. They also literally have the best prices everywhere in Pierce county. If you're undecided on who to go with, go with them. The techs sent out were kind, non-judgemental, funny, and knowledgeable. There is nothing they could've done better.

Luke and Baker get named too, for a quick job and a water heater check while they were on site.

Before You Call

Pumping is not a one-time job, so the interval between visits is worth thinking about. Ask Bumblebee Services what pumping schedule they would suggest for a household of your size, and what signs should move the next visit up.
