Most reviewers describe septic jobs where a technician came out, did the work and explained it. Customers mention a clogged system, an odor that turned out to be a dirty filter, and a tank pumping paired with the inspection Pierce County requires every three years. Several say the technician walked them through how to care for the system afterward. Timing comes up often. One customer got an appointment the next day after noticing an odor, and Jesse, who has used the company for 12 years, writes "Same day arrival most the time". Another says a crew stayed out late into the evening to fix a septic problem. One customer, Stephanie, describes a different experience. She says that when she called about an emergency, no one was available and the staff sounded rude.
