  4. James F.

    April 2024

Keith and his crew did a good job on replacing my septic system. The circumstances leading up to me needing a new leaching field were not ideal but Keith worked with me and definitely gave a fair price. It's been almost a year now and everything's been working great. Definitely recommended, thanks for your help Keith.

    Response from the owner

    Thank you James!

    May 2022

Not good service at all. We had a new septic installed by them and backfilled. They didn't put down topsoil, left broken shards of old pvc sticking out of the ground when we have a nephew who could get injured from them, and they also left about 10 boulders in our back yard that they dug up and just left there. We called them and they said they would come move them and of course they never did so we had to get a tractor to move them ourselves. Would not recommend

    Response from the owner

Hi Wil, Sorry for your frustration. We did reach out to you regarding the boulders. We were not aware of the pipe that you mention was a safety concern. We did have trouble coordinating a meeting to look at this as well as to explain your pump alarm and pump system. We are not perfect and I guess moving the boulders got by us. Your property is wet and I don't know if we were waiting for it to be dryer to do the job or not. As for the pipe, if it was a safety concern, which take this very seriously, we were not made aware of it and certainly would have sent someone immediately to fix that. I also want to say the we worked for the previous owner and performed our work as agreed with them. Moving forward, we stand behind our work, and will be glad to hear from you if you have an issue. We are not perfect, and sometimes things get overlooked, but you can call us anytime. I also want to add that this job was done over 4 years ago and you have not contacted us to voice your concern? Call us if you have any questions or concerns. Keith

Before You Call

For a failing system, the first decision is whether the job calls for repair or a complete installation. A homeowner can ask which parts of the system, tank and leach field the proposed work would cover.
