My parents just bought a camper that needs a lot of work. The septic tank was full and leaking. The company was able to come out quickly. They sent Brando, who was kind, knowledgeable, and made the process so easy. He noticed the grey tank was leaking because it wasn't positioned correctly and fixed it for us. 5 stars for exceptional, stress free service. Thank you!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for sharing your story and giving us such a kind review! It was a pleasure working with your family. We look forward to servicing all your plumbing and septic needs in the future.

Brandi comes out every month and takes care of athe camper on my property. They do such an amazing job. Fist clean. Half the time I didn’t know they have been there until they call. The office staff that help book my appointments are thorough. They get the information right every time. I definitely recommend them and all their services.

    Response from the owner

Wow, thank you for the amazing review! We appreciate you taking the time and letting us know our Team has been meeting your expectations. We look forward to servicing you in the future.

I was disappointed with my experience. My main concern was the lack of transparency regarding pricing. I was charged a $99 service fee before knowing what the total cost would be to unclog the kitchen drain. I understand that plumbing issues can vary in complexity, but I believe customers should receive clearer information about potential costs upfront. Greater transparency in pricing would have made for a much better experience. ----------------- Thank you for the owner’s response. It clarified, but unfortunately confirmed, my concerns about pricing: 1.

    Response from the owner

Jay, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We do want to clarify our process, as transparency with our customers is very important to us. Our calls are recorded, and during the scheduling call, our team clearly explained that there is a $99 dispatch fee to send a technician to the property, assess the issue, and provide upfront pricing options before any additional work is performed. When you called, a ballpark price was not requested, and our technician was dispatched and arrived promptly within 1.5 hours to assist with the kitchen drain issue. You had stated that you had attempted to snake yourself but were unsuccessful with the rented snake. Once onsite, the technician was able to assess the specific circumstances and provide pricing based on the actual work required. We understand that customers want to know what a repair may cost before moving forward, which is why we provide upfront estimates after properly diagnosing the issue. We never want a customer to feel pressured to approve work, and the $99 dispatch fee which we collect at the end of the appointment allows us to send a licensed technician to evaluate the problem and provide options whether that be snaking or jetting the line depending on access. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to make our pricing and process clear from the initial phone call through completion of the service.

Overcharged for simple septic pump out. If you are not home you wouldn't know, but they offer 12 inches of digging as part of their standard price and then tack on an additional $65 thereafter. I regularly have mine done so this wasn't my first time. I know precisely where my septic is located. I showed the technician where it was. It was a simple remove the grass with a shovel dig. Afterwards he hands me the bill and tacks on an additional $65 over their already expensive charge. You probably wouldn't know how deep your covers are if you had them stop by when you weren't home.

I had a well cover put on and a whole house water filter installed. Two young men came out to do the job and were very professional, easy to talk to about the job and very efficient. I also had my septic tank pumped out last year and a well pump replaced earlier this year. Im very happy with all the work done and will call again! Thank you so much for everything!!!!

    Response from the owner

Cathy it's always a pleasure working with you. We appreciate the 5 Star review for our Team. We aim for our service to exceed your expectations! Drainworks looks forward to servicing your home in the future.
