I cannot recommend Upstate Septic Pro highly enough. We had several issues with a septic system that had been installed by someone else, and Dawson came out and got everything taken care of for us. He was very knowledgeable, explained exactly what was wrong, and walked us through what he was doing to fix it. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Dawson kept us informed about when he would arrive, what work needed to be done, and what we could expect moving forward. He even came out late to help us when we were in a tight spot, which my wife and I greatly appreciated.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

The crew handles tank pumping and repairs on existing septic setups, with Dawson diagnosing system failures in person. Adam noted that technicians arrived "within 30 minutes from the time I called" to empty his septic tank. Service visits frequently take place on short notice, including late-evening trips to resolve problems left by earlier installers.
