I can't say enough good things about SC Septic! I found myself in a tough situation when I needed a septic inspection completed in less than 24 hours to keep a client's closing on schedule. After 4:00 PM, I called Fonda at SC Septic, hoping for a miracle, and that's exactly what she delivered. Fonda went above and beyond, rearranging schedules and moving mountains to have the property inspected first thing the next morning. Not only was the inspection completed promptly, but I had the full report in hand by 9:00 AM. That level of responsiveness and customer service is truly exceptional.

Excellent service - definitely recommend. Just moved to Upstate SC and wasn't familiar with the septic process. Friendly office staff arranged an appointment around our move. The two technicians located the septic system, took time to answer all my questions and left the property looking better than when they arrived.

I called this company for a consultation to look at my septic system, and it took a full week just to get a return call. They scheduled an appointment, but never showed up and never called to cancel or reschedule. A week later, they contacted me again and said they were coming out, so I decided to give them another chance. Once again, they were a no-show with no phone call. The following week, a man called saying he was on the way, no appointment scheduled, just a call as he was pulling into the driveway. We discussed the issue, and he gave his recommendations before leaving.

    Response from the owner

Hi Laura, we apologize for the frustration you experienced. We did want to clarify that we were able to come out to the property on 4/28, and an estimate was sent to the email address provided later that same day. According to our system, the quote was successfully delivered, but it does not appear that it was ever opened or viewed on your end. It’s possible it may have gone to spam or been missed unintentionally! We are glad to hear our receptionist made a positive impression.

I needed a septic inspection before buying a home, and they were so thorough. They checked everything and were honest and knowledgable. Needless to say, I continued with them. Had our septic tank pumped today, and couldn't be happier with the service. They arrived on time, did a thorough professional job, and took the time to explain everything. If I ever need repairs I know I'm in good hands.
