Called Ricky needing services located under my camper for a carport to be installed in a hurry all thanks to Julie not listening to me on the phone. He did an awesome job and was very informative about what he was doing. Definitely recommend.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Jason for the kind words. I know along with many of my other customers, you too will do what you can to spread the word and help Underfoot Locating Services LLC to educate those that just don't know the importance of making sure you know EVERYTHING that is buried in your dig site, not just the buried utilities that JULIE locates, or in this case doesn't locate... Glad I could help.

I can't say enough about this company and the professionalism of Rick. We contacted his company and he came out to our property the next day which was a Sunday. He located our private pool gas line for us. I've been telling all my neighbors about this company and hope to use Rick again in the future.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Andrea for the kind words. Believe me when I say, it's always a pleasure working to help such kind people with their projects. You and Steve can reach out to me anytime you're ready to start your next project. I will be more than happy to help again.

Very helpful (even though my gas line was done wrong and didn’t have a way to trace). Still was able to deduce where it “probably” was and didn’t charge because he couldn’t be sure. Would definitely call again.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Anthony for the kind words. I also was able to make contact with your plumber and will meet him on-site to assist him when he returns to complete his work. Thank you again.

I called underfoot to locate water lines for a well. They came out quickly and located the lines with no problem. They were professional, polite and quite reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
