Our service technician for Mr Rooter, his name was Lucky, went above and beyond in all aspects of the service provided. Lucky was thorough in explaining everything, answering all of our questions and his work was top notch. This is the kind of service that can be hard to find. Lucky is the kind of spokesman for Mr Rooter that other company’s would like to have.

“The technician did perfect work replacing my leaking shower valve, which required cutting into the bathroom wall. However, I am giving 1 star because the price is ridiculous. They charged $ 1,089.20 for 3 hours of labor and left the hole in the wall for me to fix myself. Great technical work, but completely unfair pricing.”

Response from the owner

Please reach out to us at 563-258-4444 so we can address the issues you’ve raised and work to find a resolution.
