This was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The septic system he installed started leaking right away, and his entire communication was terrible. He’s a greedy, careless operator who clearly just exploits his family’s money. Do not trust him, this guy is the worst.

    Response from the owner

I have no idea who this person is nor have I done any work for them. What they have falsely explained is definitely not how I operate my business. If there is an issue let's get it resolved.

    Response from the owner

I called Michel Septic EARLY on a Saturday morning with a septic issue in an unknown home. He talked me through everything clearly and easily and was incredibly kind and… yep, this is crazy… FUN! 😂 Not only did his recommendations fix the issue, he saved me an emergency service call, I mean, is there better customer service than that?!! So wish Michel’s was closer to my hometown, they would be my go to, no question!!

Dans the Man! Came out same day and got us all pumped clean. Prompt, knowledgable and professional. He and his company exceeded our expectations. Will definitly be doing more business with him
