I would strongly recommend The Septic Doctor for your home services needs. My initial phone call was very professional. I explain what my situation was and his reply was no problem we have some one in your area. They arrived early (plus-plus). The guys appear to be happy to do the job. Walked me with them as they provided the service. The best part they where in and out with no issues. Great job will always used there service moving forward.

I am extremely disappointed with this company’s lack of professionalism and accountability. They were hired by my neighbor to pump their septic tank, but the driver decided to park his heavy truck on my front yard without my permission. As a result, my lawn was left with deep tire ruts and significant damage. When I contacted the driver and asked him to come back and repair the damage he caused, he blocked my number instead of taking responsibility. I was never contacted by the company, and no effort was made to make things right.

    Response from the owner

We apologize for the inconvenience and damage caused by our driver. This is not the level of professionalism we strive for and we will make sure to address this issue and make it right on your next project. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
