I originally hired YP Septic Excavations to remove large cement pieces from my septic system, and owner Yosbel did an exceptional job. Because of that great experience, I hired him again to handle my mom's property. Best decision ever! Yosbel and his team closed her old tank and installed a brand-new septic tank and drain field in just one day. They work incredibly fast, and their communication is truly exceptional. If you want reliable, top-tier service, hire Yosbel! Would recommend him over and over!

I received excellent service from the staff at YP Septic Excavation. They explained everything to me in detail, how the service would be carried out, the materials to be used, and the warranty. They were very punctual, responsible, and careful. I highly recommend their services to anyone who might be facing this type of problem. Once again, guys, I am very grateful for your services.

Local Ground

Around Miami, the main drain-field limit is bottom-layer seepage: water moves through the soil too fast to treat effluent before it reaches groundwater. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Miami city page for the full soil profile.
