I had a great experience with Mr. C’s for the replacement of my septic tank and drain field at my home in Miami Shores. The entire project was handled professionally from beginning to end. Kemble, the owner, was very involved throughout the entire process and was always responsive, knowledgeable, and available to answer questions. He made sure everything was properly coordinated, including the work and inspections, which made a fairly significant project much easier and less stressful than expected.

    Response from the owner

Hi emmanuel, Thanks for the kind words. It was a pleasure working with you. All the best!

I'm a general contractor, but don't have a lot of experience with septic. I got referred to Mr. C's by one of by subcontractors. These guy are easy to work with and were very quick to respond to my request. Inspector Dwight came out and was very professional and cool to work with. I wish I had more guys like him on my crew. Very happy with the service received. I will definitely use them again.

Toilets, tubs, sinks were all of a sudden backing up in a newly renovated house with new plumbing. Michael and his partner (I forgot his name) came out promptly. Patiently, they found the septic tank, then opened it and HONESTLY said that the tank was clean, didn't need a costly drain-out. Instead, it just needed a simple flush from the trap to the tank. This was done, checked that the water was flowing swiftly and properly, and then the lid of the septic tank was cemented lightly so no dirt would go in when it rained or otherwise. The dirt was then neatly filled in.

We had another company "pump out" our septic tank. they apparently only pumped out the liquid. Mr. C"s showed us the problem and fixed it. they also determined our sump pump was broken. they replaced it quickly and neatly. Thank you Mr. C's!
