Mike was a complete waste of my time. Terrible communication. Unreliable. Would call around before reaching out this company. Save yourself the time.

Highly recommend Sunset Septic! We have used them for several years now and they are great. Clint is a true professional who wants to take care of his customers. They are not just out for the money; they want to actually take care of their customers. In today’s world, where it can be difficult to find great service, Sunset Septic doesn’t disappoint! They do the job right.

Really nice people. I accidentally stiffed them for $50 and they were very understanding. We drove to their office, paid them and got our report. The guys that came to the property were friendly and professional. They dug up the tank, pumped it and inspected it. We passed.

    Response from the owner

We appreciate your review and more importantly your business! Thank you so much for the kind words. Please reach out to us if you need anything else at all. Take care!

Wonderful first experience with Sunset Septic. This was our first experience with a regular septic cleanout so we had a lot of questions and the crew were extremely receptive to answering our questions and going out of their way to help us out. Our property has a tank that is not easy to access but we troubleshooted the best way to access it together and we never felt like a burden to them. They had a lot of helpful suggestions as to ways we could make things easier and safer such as installing a riser which we took them up on. We also talked through other nuances in a collaborative way.
