    Technician Isaac was awesome. On time Informative and educated me on how these tanks work and the filters. He worked nonstop in 107 heat. I would recommend Priority Pumping HomeField East Vly to anyone who needs septic tank service.

    So rare to find a company with superb customer service these days and these guys delivered! From the initial phone call with Twyla who was so pleasant and wanted to earn our business to the point that they would negotiate/price match another company.. she also sold me on the inspection report card I'd be receiving, how digging was included and explaining the process as we are new to having a septic system. And then our technician Justin went above and beyond showing me things throughout the process, documenting everything and taking so many pictures.

    The service was absolutely amazing! Cheryl called me to let me know my septic was due for service and handled all my concerns regarding not knowing the location of my tank. She had all the plans on file from the previous owner and sent them to me. Isaac came out to do the service and educated me on everything about my septic tank. They were able to locate the buried ports, cleaned out my tanks, and installed nice new risers that are at ground level. I can now access my filter easily and future service will be much simpler. Thank you for the great service!
