We are very thankful for this company and the service we got from them. From the first call I was able to talk with Jennifer and she was super kind, and helpful. She was able to get us an appointment very quickly and both Carlos and Rafael helped not just clean our septic tank but also see where the root source of our problem was and showed my husband what the issues were. You honestly can tell how caring the staff is. They were very honest and helpful and we will definitely come back to this company. Exceptional service, communication and help! Thank you so much!

Got a flyer in my mailbox. And a few days later I had a need as my toilets and drains weren't going down. Called them on Sunday afternoon after thinking it was just my kids throwing something in the toilet. I was scheduled for Monday Morning. RAFAEL called and gave his ETA and was on time. He was very informative and professional. He got straight to business due to our septic tank location being unknown to me. RAFAEL explained the possibilities as him and his helper worked. Gave me worst and best case scenarios. He gave me options on these scenarios that would be solutions.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for the great review! I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad we were able to get everything taken care of and make the process a little easier for you. It was a pleasure helping you, and we really appreciate you choosing SoFlo Septic. We’ll be here whenever you need us!

Before You Call

For a clogged or backing-up system, the immediate decision is whether the tank needs pumping or the drain line needs emergency cleaning. A useful phone question is which service fits the symptoms.
