    Zero follow-up after taking time to meet with this company onsite. Three requests were made for a bid. Don’t waste your time here. The lack of attention to follow-up will show poorly up in the work as well

    I have used Oscar in the past to do sewer connections and was very pleased. Very reasonably priced and fast. I called him out this time when the city inspector called out an old sewer line needing correction. Oscar showed up, checked the pipe and identified it as an old thin wall ABS that was acceptable. He said it didn't need to be changed out. Who does that? He could have easily sold me a new plumbing job had he been dishonest. I am a home inspector and trust Oscar with anything sewer line related. I am so grateful he came right out. He is my first call.

    I highly recommend this company. I do not understand the one star ratings. I called for service and they were here within 24 hours. The rate was reasonable and the crew was very polite and got the job done quickly. I will definitely use Sewer and Septic Pros, Inc. to take care of all my septic service need.

    Oscar and his team from Sewer & Septic Pros were amazing. We were experiencing issues that we thought were probably related to the septic system. The team scheduled an appointment for early next-day service. Locating septic tank was a problem. A concreate patio had been build on top of the septic tank, making it impossible for direct access. Oscar's experience was invaluable at coming up with alternative solutions and providing me with options, their costs, and likely impact. What could easily have been a $10,000 problem was reduced to less than $2,000.

    This is a really terrible company I called them because I needed of there service and Spoke to OSCAR he came out at a week later had the same problem again. Avoid using there service save your money and time for someone who is gona get things right.
