Scheduled next day service with Juan on the phone. He verified that they would be out to pump our septic system between 8 and 9 AM the next morning. Roger arrived within that window. Roger was very friendly and got right to work. He laid everything out, was methodical and paid attention to make sure he wasn't going to have any spillage or mess on the patio next to the lids. He was very careful in pumping and made certain that he got everything out of both tanks. Whe placing the lids back on he was careful not to force them back in.

I have serious concerns about this company’s business practices. I personally saw one of their trucks hauling waste in a county where, to my understanding, they do not hold a waste hauler permit. Proper permits exist to ensure waste is handled and disposed of legally and responsibly. This raised some red flags for me, and I’d recommend others verify licensing before hiring them.
