Kevin came to unclog a toilet. Sweetest and most professional. He definitely deserves a raise. The job was quick thankfully. Alex came yesterday and was super nice too. Even the lady on the phone was nice. Thanks guardian!

The technician was courteous and professional, but the company's handling of the job wasted a huge amount of my time. I started reaching out to Guardian at 6am yesterday to handle a leak and the tech arrived by 10am. Then they slowed down the job by so much forcing me to hear out a pitch for repiping the whole house, after I told them I am selling the house and will be gone is 3 months. I had to wait for a long time for the pitcher to arrive too. This delay caused the job to strech into the next day.
