    Brandon was very knowledgeable and on point with all of our needs. He gave us a quote on replacing our septic system. When the date was set, he and his team were on time and got everything done ahead of schedule. Awesome group of guys. We are very satisfied. All of the above was true until the settling started. He said that is was normal and that he couldn't Do anything about it. Now I will have to spend more money to get this fixed. This is where the new septic tank is, hard to miss.

    Thank you for the review, Paul! Anytime soil is disturbed, especially a sizeable excavation of 6x12 7 ft deep, the soil will likely settle afterwards. The contract that you signed states this, and also that we WILL RETURN for a fee of $350.00 to correct the settling. It doesn't happen on every job, so I don't charge up front for the service, to keep you from paying for a service you don't need. In your case, yes, it needs to be corrected and we did offer to return for the fee that you agreed upon in your contract and you did not respond. I'm sorry that you aren't happy with the finish grade, but we can only offer to correct it for the fee that we made clear in the beginning. I appreciate your feedback and your business, however again, I made it clear in the beginning that settling would occur and what the fee is to correct it. Feel free to contact me directly to resolve the issue, I am more than willing to work with you. Brandon
