We have had several issues with our septic. Mr. Earl came out in the rain on a Saturday and returned the next day on a Sunday. He was never once negative or made us feel uncomfortable about him coming to our home on the weekend. He is very informative, friendly, caring & funny. I can tell he loves what he does by the way he feeds into helping you out. For issues I was highly stressed about, he "quoted" it's ok, I will have it fixed for you and that he did. If you are having any septic issues I strongly suggest calling Newcomb Septic Service Thank you Mr. Newcomb!

    Response from the owner

Vonda, Thanks for the review, I am glad we were able to help you and your family out with the septic emergency. We really enjoy what we do and grateful to help when in need. Earl Newcomb

Before You Call

Repair or replace is the decision hanging over a failing system, and Newcomb works both sides of it, repairing drain fields and installing new systems and fields. It is a fair question for the first phone call: looking at my tank and field, what would push you from repair toward replacement?
