Needed Septic tank inspection of existing tank that hasn't been connected to a home for 9+ years. Called several Septic services providers and all of them tried to sell me on a new system without even looking at my tank. Called Prince they came out and helped me find my tank, then gave me a honest inspection and told me that my tank was one of the better kind you could buy and that it would be perfectly fine to connect another home to it. Was music to our ears and saved me about $8500

Response from the owner

Rick, thank you for the great review. We’re glad our team could locate and inspect your tank and save you about $8,500. Honesty and no-pressure service are important to us, and we appreciate you trusting Prince for the job. Please reach out if you need anything else in the future.

Just had them out to do a first pump on our septic system. Efficient, professional, and affordable and did so well replacing the sod you can barely tell there was a hole there. Thanks to our neighbors for recommending them and with good reason. Will definitely use them again next time.

Response from the owner

Libbie, thank you for the great review and for recommending us to your neighbors. We’re glad the first pump went smoothly and that the sod replacement met your expectations. We appreciate your trust and look forward to helping you again next time.
