    My name is David and I manage a 866K rehab program for the City. We approved a client in the Hampton Heights that appeared to need a 10 to 12 foot new sewer line due to trees cracking the pipe from Hurricane Helene. I put a bid out to 4 companies in the Spartanburg area and only One Call answered and won the bid. Brittany at the office, and Kevin on site were both super to work with.

    I am redoing my shower and my tile guy needed the drain moved and the pipe extended to make everything line up. I called and within an hour Ethan showed up. He spoke with my tile guy to discuss what was needed and then got right to work. He discovered a cracked pipe which he immediately fixed, moved the drain and installed my new shower valve. He let me know what he was doing and why every step of the way. Super friendly, courteous and professional. This was not an emergency by any means but they sent someone within the hour. This allowed my tile project to continue without delay.
