We had an emergency clogged drain issue the morning we were to leave for vacation. We found Pipe Wrench was open on Saturdays. We called, Victoria (customer service rep) was so pleasant and friendly. Dana (Dispatcher) called us back in less than 10 mins, she was friendly and answered all our questions. Daniel Rakowskia (technician) was amazing. He was very personable, took the time to listen to the issue, then advised of his plan of actions. He had the issue resolved in about an hour. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!! Pricing very reasonable for emergency call.
