Contacted Mark at Bob’s and scheduled for next day service. Jimmy came out with a helper and had my house back in business in less than a half an hour. Their price was more than reasonable. Everyone I dealt with was super professional. I highly recommend using them if you need septic service. They will be my first call if I need another septic service.

Mark is a wonderful man to work with, and Mr. Jimmy the gentlemen that came to pump our septic was wonderful as well. Had a 911 in our system last night and with a call at 8 this morning Mark was out at my house and inspected what needed to be done told me he would have his pump guy out this afternoon or as soon as Tuesday morning. Mark called at 11:15 to inform me that Jimmy was on his way and was going to pump the entire system. Clear, cut, and dry as one could be. I would tell anyone who is needing this type of service done for their home. These are the guys to go with. Thank you!

    Response from the owner
