    We used Rudy for a one month portable restroom rental for one of our job sites. We gave him our credit card information before he even dropped off the unit. (We assumed he ran our card) We got busy and moved on with life. After we were done with the job (before the month was over) we called him to tell him we were done with it. He said he would come get it. Over a month went by and we got a random $200 charge on our card.. apparently he never ran our card at all because he got behind on billing.

    Called Rudy to ask about repairing a septic system which was deemed to require some repairs by another company who pumped it out. His response was..."so someone else pumped the septic now you're calling me to help fix the mess? Should have called me the first time." Then he hung up on me...didn't even allow me to explain the situation and immediately blocked my number. Truly a shockingly horrible customer service experience from someone who has dealt with numerous contractors here. I do not recommend anybody do business with Norsky Septic.

    Used Norsky last year for septic tank inspection, all he did was to insert a ruler into the tank, declared it all good and charged us $380. This time I decided to ask a few basic questions about our septic tank before using him again. He got mad, and used some very colorful languages. The fact that he is so easy to get angry and more importantly, could not answer any questions about a system he serviced, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

    This is a NO!! My friends septic alarm went off days ago. Said he would come today at 11:00. NO SHOW, NO CALL, NO TEXT AND NO ANSWER…READ REVIEWS. SAVE YOURSELF AND MOVE ON

    Rudy is incredibly unprofessional and to this day owes us money for work we prepaid for but he never completed. I was in an emergency situation and Rudy came out and pumped my septic. Turned out that our pump had failed. We paid for our pumping as well as prepaid for installation for a replacement pump. Once we prepaid, we never heard from Rudy again. He has yet to return our calls/texts/emails and walked away taking our money for work he has yet to complete. It has been over 2 months since we heard from him and we were forced to look for another company to finish the work.
