On a Sunday afternoon I didn't expect to find anyone available to help with a main drain blockage. Much less someone who would answer my call personally and seem genuinely wanting to help. I was lucky enough to find that in Nate from Mr. ROOTER. He fit me in and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. What a welcome relief for me and my tenant and so much better service than the last company I used. Who would have thought that getting a drain line cleared would be such a positive experience. Mr. ROOTER is very lucky to have an employee like Nate.

Before You Call

Property owners dealing with system backups must decide whether a drain field repair or a full replacement makes more sense for the yard. A caller can ask how the crew inspects underground lines to determine whether the existing drain field can be restored.
