    The person who stopped by I believe his name was joe was cool. He confirmed that only my condensation darin line was clogged and that despite the water being under the water heater there was no water heater issue. My only gripe would be I did have them quote a tankless water heater install. They quoted using the brand they sell and quoted using a water heater I bought. I feel it was really expensive, but when I know what it takes to perform the work and am familiar with the parts quoted I get like this. Even at my somewhat advanced age I’ll do it myself when the time comes.

    I found David to be a very hard worker. He arrived on time, he explained my options, and once I decided he went to work. It was physically very labor intensive as the hot water tank was in basement. He also replaced innards of 2nd floor toilet. I felt he was very thorough. David doesn’t set the prices and provided me a senior discount. I stilled paid over 3k. That seems awfully high to me, but needed my hot water ect. I’m taking away a star because of price.
