After having my septic emptied, finding I had tree roots I've been been trying to get this company to come out again for an estimate since March. Its the end of May. Now going to get another company. Additionally person on the phone very unfriendly

Colt was very pleasent to work with. He responded quickly and fully explained what the problem was and gave me a quote to fix it. They completed the work in 2 days and returned the next day to clean up the site. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will use them again.

We are so grateful for Ace Septic! We had a septic tank issue that needed immediate care. The owner scheduled us as soon as possible, but when the issue had us worried about waiting until the next morning, he came out and looked at it the same day, after his regular hours. The cost for draining our tank and looking everything over was very reasonable (compared to other companies we've used). The peace of mind that came with the same day service is immeasurable though! We would recommend Ace Septic to anyone!

Colt and his crew handle tank pumping, line jetting, and repairs when tank risers collapse. Homeowners frequently highlight rapid arrivals for urgent trouble, including same-day visits after regular hours when an issue cannot wait until morning. Cassandra reported that someone arrived "within the hour" during an emergency. Other homeowners describe clear explanations of system issues during inspections, followed by return trips to jet lines or clean up the yard. One customer, Elizabeth, had her tank emptied but waited two months for a follow-up visit regarding tree roots and encountered an unfriendly phone response.
