Everclean Aeration Services in Grove City, OH

We have been with this company for over 17 years. No complaints. Til now. We just were notified by the county they are no longer certified to verify our aeration system to comply with the health department. To make matters worse we just paid them for a two year contract and now no one answers the phone at this business. Very disappointing. Looks like we will have to take them to small claims now to get our money back and quickly find a new company.

We’ve been customers for a few years now. They are always very very responsive, professional and very affordable. I highly recommend the service contract! They have saved us hundreds of dollars! I called this morning at 11:30am and I had a technician at my house by 12:15 and had our aerator fixed and running in less than an hour! They are amazing

We have a 2 year contract and they require checks ins to show up on schedule. I have been calling for several days as our July inspection was missed but not received any response and now their voicemail is full.

I have been trying to get my septic pumped for over 1 year now. I paid the yearly maintenance plan. I can’t get anyone to call me back or return my emails. I would not join their service contract. I would love a call or email to take care of services promised.

Do not use Everclean for your septic system!!! They will not provide the service agreement requirements. They will not answer calls, email, text or any other communication. I paid $245 for a 2 year contract and they are ignoring me completely. My septic system will probably be ruined due to their negligence. See you in court Everclean!!
