Been using Bodie (owner of company) for about 10 years. His company has installed numerous systems for me, cleaned out numerous tanks and also done multiple inspections. Company stands behind their work and communication is great. Enjoy doing business with them!

These guys were sub contracted for a mobile home I bought, so i had no choice. Save yourself tens of thousands of dollars in subsequent damages and don't use these guys. Took them 7 months to for a job they said would take less than 6 weeks, less than 1/2 acre cleared, house pad, driveway, and septic. The finished product was so poor I had to have most of it fixed by myself and other contractors. The driveway was impassable by vehicles period, I tried, got stuck several times, and had to get someone else to fix it...

    Response from the owner

Hi, Mr. Miller. Unfortunately you have left an unfavorable review under the wrong company. We do not provide any kind of site work or work in the Beaufort area. There is another company that goes by Lucas Septic as well. I believe that may be who you are referring to. if we can assist you in any way in the Midlands area please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Warmest regards, Lucas Septic Tank and Utilities, Inc.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Most reviewers describe fast pumping calls. Mike says the crew came the same day to pump his septic tank, and another customer had a crew arrive within 30 minutes on a Thursday morning. Kayla called three times to have a camper's black and grey water tank pumped, and each time an appointment came together quickly. Tyler, a customer for about 10 years, says the company has installed numerous systems, cleaned out tanks and done multiple inspections for him. Joshua says the owner, Bodie, "always picks up the phone". A different customer, also named Tyler, described a mobile home site job in July 2025 where he said the septic and drain field were poorly finished.
